Employees and other interested parties and stakeholders are able to report potential violations of SunCoke's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other policies or any unethical or unlawful business conduct affecting SunCoke or any of its subsidiaries, either via telephone or via the internet.
The Business Conduct Hotline is a toll-free hotline that can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at (877) 918-1997. Alternatively, the Business Conduct Hotline is available via the internet at https://suncoke.alertline.com. Any reports made to the Business Conduct Hotline can be made anonymously, if the reporter so chooses. SunCoke prohibits retaliation of any kind against any employee filing a good faith report via the Business Conduct Hotline.
